1. When getting in or out of the unit make sure the machine is in a comfortable position.

2. Your elbow should be centered over the black knob between the forearm and upper arm rest.

3. Apply straps firmly around both the forearm and upper arm.

4. Turn unit on and use for recommended period of time (we recommend 2 hours at a time three times a day but your Physician may have other instruction).

5. Increase your settings as instructed by pushing the setting buttons in and moving to the next desired setting.

6. The unit may migrate so it is important to check and make sure the machine is positioned properly and the wheels are locked.

7. When finished with your treatment stop the unit at a comfortable range.
